    SO YUMMY!

    List of Ingredients




    16 oz. can salmon (2 cups or 1 lb.)
    1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
    1/4 cup evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    4 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper

    Recipe



    Flake salmon. Add rest of ingredients. Shape into loaf and place in loaf pan. Bake at 400 - 425 degrees ro 25 to 30 minutes. Add buttered bread crumbs. Broil 5 minutes.
