Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Recipe Introduction
These TASTE BETTER than other chocolate chip cookies! (Even thought there is peanut butter, it doesn't taste like peanut butter, but has a wonderfully yummy texture.)
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup mararine or butter
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup rice flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour/starch
1 bag, or 2 cups chocolate chipsRecipe
In mixing bowl add the following in order:
margarine/butter, peanut butter, egg, sugar, brown sugar,
baking powder, baking soda, rice flour, tapioca flour/starch, and then chocolate chips.
When the dough is well mixed, form about 1" balls and place on a sheet sprayed with Canola oil. Bake on 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, or until slightly brown.
Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
