This is a great Sunday dinner, or great for company.
List of Ingredients
4 cube steaks
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Recipe
Brown both sides of cube steak in a large frying pan, about 1 minute. Mix canned milk and soups in a bowl. Pour over steaks. Simmer about 1 1/2 hours, turning steaks occasionally. Serve sauce over rice.
