This is the perfect, yummy family Sunday dinner! And SO EASY!!!
List of Ingredients
1 roast, either beef or pork
(the best roast has a thick layer of fat on one side)
1 bag carrots
5-6 large potatoes
large onion
head of cabbage
1 cup water
Recipe
In a big roasting pan I place the roast, not browned and with fat side up. In the pan I place sliced carrots (or baby carrots), sliced potatoes, onions, cut into rings, and a whole cabbage, quartered. Add one cup water. Cover with foil and bake for 3 1/2 hours at 295 degrees.
