This is a quick, easy family pleaser!
List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 can chili
small onion, chopped
1 cans (14.4 oz.) tomato sauce (Larraine's way)
or 1 can tomato soup (Kayli's way)
1 pkg. enchilada mix
1 pkg. flour tortillas
2-3 cups cheese
Recipe
Brown ground beef with onion. Drain. Add chili and 1 cup cheese. In bowl mix tomato sauce or soup, enchilada mix and 1 can water. Dip tortilla in sauce, then roll meat mixture inside. Place in a row in 9 x 13 baking pan. Cover with leftover sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serve with sour cream.
Serves 5 (unless it's our family - pigs! We double the recipe.)
