Recipe Introduction
This year I went back to real stuffing instead of Stove Top, and it was super yummy!
List of Ingredients
4 cups diced celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup butter or margarine
4 qts. dried bread cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
hot bouillon - as needed
(Note:My own family leaves out the celery.)Recipe
Cook celery and onion in margarine or butter over medium heat until transparent. Stir occasionally. Combine with bread cubes and seasoning and toss lightly. Add enough broth to moisten as desired. Stuff turkey for roasting immediately... or bake separately. (350 degrees for 1/2 hour.)
