Pumpkin Smoothie

List of Ingredients
- 1 packet chocolate WW smoothie mix or Alba shake mix
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup canned pumpkin (not the pie mix)
- Pumpkin pie spice (to taste)
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- Ice
Instructions
- Mix together the smoothie mix, milk, pie spice and vanilla. Add the pumpkie and ice and blend well. Check for taste and add more pie spice if needed.
Points: 3
Also counts as 2 veggie servings and 2 milk servings. This also provides 12g (Alba) to 14g (WW smoothie mix) of fiber.
Note: I omit the vanilla and add a few squirts of sugar-free DaVinci or Torani vanilla syrup sweetened with Splenda. It still gives the vanilla flavor, but adds a bit of sweetness as well. I also crush my ice first before adding it to the blender. I do this using one of the Rival Sno-Cone makers that I purchased at Walmart for around $20.
