This recipe makes for a great dish with dirty rice, yum
List of Ingredients
16oz. steak
romaine lettuce
blue cheese w/oil
cherry Tomatoes
sweet peas
black olives
basil
Recipe
In a large wooden salad bowl prep a bed of lettuce,
Add sliced cherry tomatoes,
Shock the peas then add,
Black olives,
Blue Cheese,
add a little basil
mix every so gently so as not to break the food,
(you'll have time for that later)
place a cover of lettuce over the top
to cover the veggies
Then add on top the grilled salad
add extra blue cheese, olives, tomatoes & peas top decorate
around the steak not over it, gently and very lightly pour
the blue cheese oil for taste sprinkle basil over the top.
grab a cold one cause you'll be busy for a while :o)
