Makes 16. Preheat oven to 400 F.
List of Ingredients
- 1/3 lbs. chicken livers
- 8 green onions, cut in half lenghtwise
- 8 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1 8 oz. can water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
Instructions
- Cut the chicken livers into sixteen equal pieces. Place an onion half, water chestnut and a piece of liver on each half slice of bacon. Roll up and fasten with a toothpick. Marinate 1 hour in a mixture of soy sauce, ginger and curry powder. Place on a rack in a shallow pan. Bake, uncovered, in a 400 F until bacon is crisp (about 15 to 20 minutes).

Serve warm.
