Preheat oven 350F.

Instructions
- Graham Cracker Crust:
Use an angel food cake pan. Line with foil so it will keep butter in crust.
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
Blend together. Place in bottom of pan and press down till firmly packed. Then chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Filling:
3 8 oz. cream cheese blocks
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Fold in eggs. Pour over crust. Place cake in oven and bake for 45 minutes. Take out for 10 minutes. Prepare topping to pour on top of cake.
- Topping:
2 cartons of sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. sugar
Mix and pour on cake after cake has been out of oven for 10 minutes. Put back in oven for 10 minutes still at 350F. Take out and cool for 15 minutes. Place in refrigerator to serve the next day.
