    Recipe Introduction


    Preheat oven to 350F.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 box lemon cake mix (without pudding)
    • 1 pkg. lemon jello
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 3/4 cup oil
    • 4 well-beaten whole eggs


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients and beat thoroughly, one to two minutes. Pour into a greased angel food cake pan. Bake for 55 minutes.
    2. Meanwhile make glaze:
      2 TBS. butter
      1 box powdered sugar
      Juice of 3 lemons
      Cream together.
    3. Take cake out at 55 minutes and while the cake is still very hot, poke holes in top of cake with ice pick or skewer all over cake and clear down to the bottom of pan. Then pour glaze over the top of cake. Leave cake in pan until cold. Serve.
