    List of Ingredients


    • 1 square Baker's chocolate
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 TBS. light Karo syrup
    • 1/4 cup milk or cream
    • Pinch of salt
    • 1 tsp. vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Put first four ingredients into a saucepan and stir until it comes to a boil. Let boil about one minute or until fudge forms a soft ball in water. Remove from stove and add salt and vanilla. Beat until almost hard, then pour onto greased plate.


    Final Comments


    Chopped pecans or walnuts optional.
