Bake at 350F.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups rice (long grain)
- 1 can onion soup
- 1/2 can water
- 3 lbs. chicken, cut into pieces
- salt and pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Melt margarine in casserole. Add rice onion soup and water.
- Place chicken in casserole and season.
- Spread cream of mushroom soup on chicken. Bake 350F for 1 hour covered; bake 30 minutes uncovered to brown.
