List of Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 rib celery
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 2 oz. can flat anchovies
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 heaping tsp. Accent
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 TBS. salad mustard
- 1 TBS. lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except eggs in blender for 2 minutes. Add eggs and mix again. Add 2 cups salad oil gradually. Blend thoroughly after all oil is added. Makes 1 quart. Keeps 2 weeks.
