List of Ingredients
- 5 Russet potatoes
- Salt
- 2 TBS. butter, melted
Instructions
- Slice potatoes for French frying, but do not peel. Dry well and spread on skin side on shallow pan. Sprinkle with melted butter. Bake in hot oven for 40 minutes or until well-browned and tender. Turn occasionally and salt. Serve hot.
