two 8oz. cream cheese
2 jalepano peppers (chopped- keeping seeds will make them hotter)
2 stalks of green onions (chopped)

I buy the large tortilla packages. I used two 8oz. cream cheese, 2 jalepano peppers (choped- keeping seeds will make them hotter) and 2 stalks of green onions (chopped).

Soften cream cheese and spread over tortilla, roll and put in a ziplock bag in the refreg. SLice when ready to serve. I have made these 2 days before I needed them and they are fine. Sometimes I cut them at an agle for a prettier presentation.
