    2 tubes crescent rolls
    16 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
    1 c sugar
    1 egg, separated
    1/2 c sugar
    1 or 2 tsp cinnamon


    Recipe



    Lightly spray a 9 x 13 pan.
    Preheat to 350.
    Spread one tube of the crescent rolls in the bottom of the pan, sealing seams.
    Separate egg.
    Whip the cream cheese, 1 c sugar and egg yolk.
    Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescent rolls.
    Top with second tube of crescent rolls.
    Beat the egg white till foamy.
    Brush on top of the crescent rolls.
    Mix the 1/2 c sugar and the cinnamon.
    Sprinkle on top of the egg white.
    Bake for 20 minutes.

    Makes 24 small bars.

    NOTES: We did not get 24 bars from this recipe.
    I used a large egg and 2 tsp cinnamon.
