Ruth's Cheese Ball

List of Ingredients
1/2 lb. natural Cheddar cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
3 T. sherry
1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1/3 c. chopped ripe olives
dash each: onion salt, garlic salt, celery salt
1/2 c. coarsely chopped chipped beef
Recipe
Prepare this a day ahead of early in the day. Have cheeses at room temperature. Shred or grate Cheddar cheese, mix with remaining ingredients, except chipped beef. Shape into a ball, cover with foil and refrigerate.
About 30 minutes before serving, remove foil and reshape ball. Roll in beef until well coated. Serve with assorted crackers.
