QUICHE LORRAINE
List of Ingredients
1, 9-inch deep dish frozen pie crust
1 1/2 C. grated Swiss cheese
3 eggs, beaten
6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1, 12-oz. can evaporated (not condensed) milk
1 T. chives, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. onion, minced
Recipe
Line bottom of crust with cheese. Mix rest of ingredients. Pour over
cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until well-rounded and a
knife tests clean. Let set for 10 minutes. Serve warm with slice of
crisp bacon over each serving.
