Sausage Puffs
List of Ingredients
6 English muffin halves
12 brown & serve sausages
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1/8 teaspoon salt & pepper
1/2 pound cheddar cheese -- shredded, 2 cups

In a small bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt & pepper. In the bottom of a 9
x 9 baking pan, arrange & cut muffins to fit. Arrange sausages on top of
muffins. Pour milk & egg mixture over. Sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate
for 8 hours or overnight. Bake in a 325 oven for 45 minutes.
