    Aunt Bea's Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb cream cheese
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3 eggs
    2/3 cup sugar
    pure butter for greasing pan
    1/2 teaspoon almond extract
    2 cups sour cream
    4 tablespoon sugar plus 1 teaspoon sugar

    Recipe



    Beat cream cheese till all lumps are out. Add eggs and 2/3 cup of sugar and extracts. Beat till smooth and thick. Pour into well buttered 9 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool 30 minutes.

    While cake is cooling, beat 2 cups of sour cream and 4 T sugar and 1 t of sugar together. Pour this over top of cake. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes.
