    List of Ingredients




    1 lg. can any flavor fruit pie filling, (I usually use cherry)
    1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple (juice & all)
    box yellow cake mix (you can also use chocolate)
    2 sticks melted margarine
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 small can flaked coconut - optional (I don't usually add)

    Recipe



    Spread fruit pie filling in the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 pan. Add
    pineapple chunks over pie filling. Sprinkle cake mix over pineapple.
    drizzle melted margarine over cake mix. Top with chopped pecans & flaked
    coconut. Bake at 350° F for 40 to 45 minutes or until it bubbles
    around the edges. May be topped with cool whip or ice cream as desired.

    chocolate cake mix and cherry pie filling may be substituted of filling and cake mix.
