1 pkg chocolate cake mix (not pudding in the mix variety)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups water
1 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing


Recipe



Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) round cake pans. Line bottom of pans with waxed paper. *
Stir cake mix and cocoa in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, water and Miracle Whip salad dressing. Beat with mixer for about 3 minutes, scraping sides of bowl often. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake at 350-degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10-minutes; remove from pans. Immediately remove wax paper. Cool completely on wire rack.

* Can substitute greased and floured and floured 13X9-inch baking for cake pans. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
