Sour Cream Coffee Cake

List of Ingredients




1 cup margarine
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 t cinnamon
2 T brown sugar

Recipe



Cream together margarine, white sugar, and eggs. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Add to the mixture the flour, baking powder and salt. Grease and flour a cake ring. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Put half of batter in pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of filling on batter - repeat. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
