    Chicken Enchilada Casserole

    1 can cream of chicken condensed soup
    cooked, cubed or shredded chicken
    2 small cans red enchilada sauce
    enough shredded or sliced cheese to cover the fillings
    12 corn or flour tortillas

    Recipe



    1) Pour 1/2 a can of sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Layer 6 tortillas (if using corn, soak in water first)in the bottom of the pan. 2) Mix together soup, 1/2 can of sauce, and chicken. Pour over tortillas. Top with desired amount of cheese. 3) Cover with 6 tortillas. Top with one can sauce. Bake @ 350*F until bubbly or before sauce dries out on top (about 15-20 mins).
