    ITALIAN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

    List of Ingredients




    12 oz pkg. wide noodles
    1 T oil
    2 (10 oz each) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
    16 oz cottage cheese
    1/4 c sour cream
    2 jars (15-1/5 oz each) of spaghetti sauce
    3 c shredded mozzarella

    Recipe



    Cook and drain noodles. Stir in oil. Cook broccoli according to package
    directions. Drain. Combine cottage cheese and sour cream. Layer 1/3 of
    noodles, half the broccoli, 1/3 spaghetti sauce, and 1/3 of the mozzarella in
    a lightly greased 13x9 dish. Repeat layers one more time. Spoon cottage
    cheese mixture on top. Top with remaining noodles and remaining sauce. Bake
    at 350 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and bake 5 minutes
    more, until cheese melts.
