Pork-Potato Casserole
List of Ingredients
6 boneless pork chops
1 med. onion, chopped
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
potatoes, peeled and sliced
Recipe
Place chops in bottom of a shallow baking pan or dish. Sprinkle onion on top. Slice as many potatoes as you like over entire surface. Mix soup and milk; heat and pour over mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350F, 1 1/2 hr.
