Potato and Ham Casserole

Recipe Introduction
* I didn't have cream of celery soup so I used cream of mushroom.
**To me with this amount of milk it was to "soupy" next time I will reduce it to ½ cup.
*** I mixed some of the cheese in with the potato mixture, then sprinkled more on top.
List of Ingredients
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbs. butter
1-10oz. can cream of celery soup*
½ tsp. salt
blk pepper to taste
3/4 cup milk**
4 cups cooked and diced potatoes
2 cups cooked ham, diced
½ cup grated cheddar cheese. Recipe
Preheat oven to 350º
saute onion and green pepper in butter until onion is transparent.
Add soup ans seasonings, gradually add milk, stirring until smooth.
Mix potatoes and ham in a greased baking dish ( I sprayed mine with Cooking spray)
Pour soup mixture over this,Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese.***
