1 med. head cabbage, uncooked and chopped
1 lb. ground meat
1 onion, chopped
1/2cup uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1soup can water
2 T. beef bouillon granules
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 small can water
Recipe
Brown meat and onion in skillet. Drain off fat. Sprinlle with beef bouillon
granules and stir in rice. In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer
cabbage, ground meat and rice, starting and ending with cabbage. Mix tomato
soup, sauce, water and seasonings and pour over all. Cover with foil and
bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Let stand about 20 minutes before
serving.
