Tuna Rice Casserole***

List of Ingredients
2/3 c. uncooked instant rice
1 can (6.5 oz.) tuna, drained
2 tbsp. sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
1 tall can (12 fluid ounces) Pet evaporated milk
1 can (11 oz.) cheddar cheese soup
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
dash black pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Place rice on bottom of greased 1 1/2 quart
casserole and cover with tuna. Sprinkle with olives. In large mixing
bowl, combine evaporated milk, soup, parsley flakes, onion, mustard,
salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over tuna and top with cheese. Bake 30
minutes or until bubbly.
