Mix all with a spoon and drop by a half teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at
350 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes, or untiil slightly browned. Makes about 8 dozen
very crisp and thin lemon wafer cookies.
To make a slightly larger, less-crisp cookie, use a teaspoon per cookie.
Using about a ½ cup at a time, heat candy wafers in microwave until melted. Dip cooled
cookie into melted chocolate and set on parchment or wax paper to cool.
*original recipe was for milk chocolate wafers, but there's no reason you can't do it
this way!
