List of Ingredients




1 cup butter
1/ cup sugar
3 hard-cooked egg yolks, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
Raspberry or strawberry jelly


Recipe



Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in yolks until well blended. Add
vanilla and flour and mix well. Chill dough for 1 hour. Shape dough into
1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Make indentation on top of
each with fingertip. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Fill indentations
with jelly. Return to oven for 1 to 2 minutes to set jelly. Makes 5 dozen
cookies.
