    EGGNOG CHEESECAKE BARS

    CRUST:
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    FILLING:
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup eggnog
    2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg


    Recipe

    Heat oven to 350ºF. Combine sugar and butter in large bowl. Beat
    at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy(2 to 3 minutes).
    Reduce speed to low; add flour & 1/2 tsp. nutmeg. Beat until well
    mixed(1 to 2 minutes). Mixture will be crumbly.
    Press crust mixture onto bottom of ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking
    pan. Bake for 13 to 16 minutes.
    Meanwhile, combine all filling ingredients except nutmeg in bowl.
    Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture is creamy
    (1 TO 2 minutes). Spread filling over hot, partially baked crust;
    sprinkle with nutmeg. Continue baking for 23 to 30 minutes or until
    set. Cool completely. Cut into bars with wet knife. Store refrig-
    erated.
