1 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. milk



Recipe



Sift brown sugar and cream with shortening and white
sugar. Add peanut butter and unbeaten eggs; beat well. Sift
dry ingredients; add alternately with the milk to make a soft
dough. Drop on a greased cookie sheet; bake at 350 degrees for
approximately 20 minutes. This recipe makes 38 (3-inch)
