List of Ingredients




1 Cup butter
1/2 Cup sifted powder sugar
1 tsp. peppermint extract
green food coloring
2 1/4 Cup cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt



Recipe



Cream the butter, sugar and peppermint together. Stir in the flour and salt and blend all together and add green coloring. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet (cookies do not spread).

Bake about 8 minutes or until set, but not brown. While warm, sprinkle or dip with confectioners sugar. Makes 5 dozen.
