List of Ingredients





1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup finely chopped red or green candied cherries
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1 cup flaked coconut


Recipe



Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add milk and
vanilla beating well. Stir in flour. Mix in cherries and pecans. Shape in to
3 7 inch rolls. Roll dough in coconut. Wrap in wax paper and chill
thoroughly. Cut in to 1/4 inch thick slices. Place on ungreased cookie
sheets. Bake 12 minutes or until edges are golden.
