    Crock Pot Country Chicken Soup

    List of Ingredients




    2 onions, chopped
    2-3 carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    2 tsp. each salt & pepper
    ½ tsp. basil
    ¼ tsp. leaf thyme
    3 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    peas
    2 ½ lb. Fryer
    4 cups water
    1 cup noodles


    Recipe



    Place all in Crock-Pot except noodles in order listed. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. (High4-6 hours) One hour before serving remove chicken, cool and pull meat from bones. Return to soup. Add noodles, turn to High and cook one hour.
