Slow Cooker Cabbage Rolls
List of Ingredients
12 lg. cabbage leaves
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
8 oz. can tomato sauce
Recipe
Immerse cabbage leaves in large pot of boiling water for 3 minutes or until limp. Drain well.
Combine remaining ingredients except tomato sauce. Place about 1/4 c. meat mixture in center of each leaf, fold in sides and fold over meat. Place in slow cooker. Pour sauce over. Cover and cook on low, 7-9 hr.
Serves 6.
