EASY DESSERT
Crush Oreo or Hydrox cookies in blender until fine crumbs form. Make 8 balls of a good French Vanilla ice cream with a scoop (about 1 1/2 qt. needed).
Roll the ice cream balls in crumbs; freeze on a cookie sheet or serve at once in dishes with warmed hot fudge or chocolate sauce from a jar.
Garnish with nuts and whipped cream, if desired.
