    FROZEN CHOCOLATE DESSERT

    List of Ingredients




    13 oz can evaporated milk
    10-1/2 oz bag mini marshmallows
    6 oz bag chocolate chips
    1/2 c butter
    3-1/2 oz can flaked coconut
    2 c graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
    1 c chopped pecans

    Recipe



    combine milk, marshmallows, and chocolate chips in double boiler. Cook until
    all is melted. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Combine butter and
    coconut in small saucepan. Cook, stirring often, till coconut is lightly
    browned. Remove from heat. Stir in crumbs. Press 3/4 of the mixture into a
    13x9 pan. cut ice cream into 1/2" thick slices. Arrange half of slices over
    crust. Pour half of chocolate mixture over ice cream. Repeat with another
    layer of ice cream, then rest of the chocolate. Combine remaining crumb
    mixture and pecans. Sprinkle over top. Freeze till firm. Let stand at room
    temperature 5 minutes before serving.
