LEMONADE COOKIES

List of Ingredients




1 c butter or margarine
1 c sugar
2 eggs
3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
6 oz can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Recipe




Cream butter and the 1 c sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a
time and beat well after each one is added. Combine flour and baking soda.
Stir into butter mixture alternately with 1/2 c of the lemonade concentrate.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 for 7-8
minutes, just until edges are lightly browned. Remove from oven. Brush each
cookie lightly with the remaining lemonade concentrate and sprinkle with
sugar. Cool on a wire rack. Makes 6-7 dozen
