    List of Ingredients




    1(12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    5 c. miniature marshmallows
    6 TBS. butter
    1-1/3 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. crushed rice krispies
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate chips in milk. Bring to boil and cook until thick (approx. 4 min.). Add marshmallows; blend in until
    melted. Let cool, then chill.

    Melt butter in saucepan; add coconut and lightly brown. Add rice krispies and nuts.

    In 9x13 pan, put 1 layer (3 c.) rice krispies mixture, then 1/2 of the ice cream, then 1/2 of the chocolate mixture.
    Repeat ice cream layer and chocolate mixture. Top with remaining rice krispies mixture. Freeze.
