Sauté meat, onions & green peppers in a skillet until meat is browned. Drain off fat & return mixture to stove. Add tomato sauce & corn & let simmer for 5 or 6 min.
Preheat oven to 350’ While the beef mixture is cooking, soften tortillas according to package directions. Place tortillas in a single layer on a baking sheet. Add spoonfuls of beef mixture to each tortilla & top with cheese. Fold burritos over and secure with toothpick. Bake for 8 - 10 min.
