1 lb. ground beef
10 3/4 ounce can of Cream of Mushroom soup (condensed)
1/3 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs.
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tble. cooking oil
1 cup sliced mushrooms(optional)
Recipe
In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, 1/2 of the can of soup, bread crumbs, egg & onions. Shape into 6 patties. In a large frying pan, saute patties in cooking oil until brown. Drain, stir together the remaining soup and mushrooms. Pour over patties. Cover and simmer for 25-30 min. turning once or twice.
