1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tbls. chopped green peppers
10 3/4 oz. can Cream of Mushroom soup, condensed
1/4 coup can of water
8 oz. “lite” sour cream
Recipe
In a skillet, sauté ground beef, onion, celery & green peppers until beef is browned. Simmer for 3 min., until veg. are tender. Add the cream of mushroom soup with water & stir. Add the sour cream & bring to a boil, Serve with rice , noodles or potatoes.
