    List of Ingredients




    - 4 pork loin chops, about 1/2 inch thick
    - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    - 2 shallots, chopped
    - 1/2 cup dry sherry
    - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled





    Recipe



    Trim any fat from pork chops. Heat a large non-stick skillet
    and brown pork chops on both sides. Sprinkle with pepper and
    add shallots, sherry and rosemary. Reduce heat to low, cover
    and simmer 10 minutes until the meat is tender. Serve pork
    chops with pan juices.
