List of Ingredients
2 tbls. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. meat tenderizer
1 lb. round steak, cut into serving pieces
2 tbls. margarine
10 3/4 oz. can Cream of Mushroom soup, condensed
1/2 soup can of water.
Recipe
Mix flour, salt, pepper & meat tenderizer & pound into each piece of meat. Melt the margarine in a frying pan and brown the steak.
Preheat oven to 300’. Place in baking dish. Pour the mushroom soup & water over meant & bake for about 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
