List of Ingredients
8 oz. med. width noodles
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. of lean ground beef
1/4 cup diced onion
2 tbls. diced celery
2 tbls. diced green peppers
1/4 cup lite sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix.
28 oz. can stewed tomatoes
Recipe
Boil noodles per package directions. Drain & set aside.
In a skillet, brown ground beef & drain off fat. Add onion, celery, green peppers & sour cream. Simmer for 10 -12 min.
Preheat oven to 350’. Transfer meat mixture to a large casserole dish. Add noodles to the meat mixture. Add pkg. of taco seasoning & stewed tomatoes. Stir until well blended. Bake for 45 min. - 1 hour, until hot and bubbly.
