List of Ingredients
- One 10-oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup light or fat-free mayonnaise
- One 8-ounce carton plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, or 2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill, or 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Pat the spinach with paper towels to remove excess liquid.
Combine with the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate
at least 1 hour for the flavors to blend.
