Nonstick cooking spray
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 can condensed reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup (10-3/4-oz.)
Recipe
Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add the chicken, mushrooms, pepper, and onion to the skillet; brown the chicken for 3 minutes per side while sauteing the vegetables.
Add the soup, reduce the heat to medium-low, cover and cook until no pink remains in the chicken and the sauce is bubbly. Serve the chicken topped with the sauce.
